The hallway was used as a greeting room and gathering place for large parties. It’s appointed with a grand pier glass mirror and Chippendale style grandfather clock. Note that on the first floor the woodwork is crafted from black walnut, the floors from inlaid oak parquet, and the ceilings from molded plaster. Each room differs in design. At present, the hall is used as a meeting room and lecture area.
